Based in Ácula, Granada, we oversee every production aspect from harvest to bottling, ensuring top quality. Our early-harvested olives create rich, complex flavors using cutting-edge technology. Innovative techniques include nitrogen conservation to prevent oxidation, using olive stones for sustainable energy, and cold extraction at no higher than 20ºC (69ºF).
