Cheesemakers Vega Mancha are specialized in the production of the tasteful Manchego PDO Semi-Curadoor Viejo, a cheese from the milk of sheep of the ‘Manchega’ breed, with a light spicy or salty taste. Their traditional sheep´s cheese farm is located in a small shepherds´ village in the Region of La Mancha.
